William Lee Noonan, PT, DPT, CEO/President 

Lee began Turning Point Therapies, Inc. in 2008 and opened the Fairbury clinic in January of 2009 and the Normal clinic in February of 2009. Lee began his physical therapy career when he graduated from Illinois Central College in 1992. After working 13 years as a PTA, Lee earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Bradley University in 2005. He completed his Doctoral degree from the University of St. Augustine in December of 2020. Prior to owning Turning Point, Lee was practicing in orthopedics for 17 years. Lee has experience in a wide variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatrics, geriatrics, schools and factory/work settings. When not working, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as family and friends. He enjoys playing cards, boating, traveling, watching the St. Louis Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys and all types of basketball teams. 


Dawn Phillips, PT, DPT

Dawn has been with Turning Point Therapies from its conception. Dawn has been practicing Physical Therapy since graduating from Bradley University in 2005 with a Masters in PT. In 2020 she received her Doctoral degree from the University of St. Augustine with a focus on pediatric neurology and school physical therapy. Dawn oversees the school division for Turning Point Therapies, for which we service five school districts throughout Livingston County. Dawn works with children with a range of diagnoses from orthopedic to complex neurological involvement. Dawn’s passion and focus are working with children from birth up as well as adults with disabilities and allowing all my students or patients the ability to be independent and functional in all areas of their daily life. 


Maryann Stork, PTA

Maryann has been with Turning Point Therapies since January of 2009. She earned her Associates in Science, Physical Therapy Assistant degree from DuPage College in 2000. She enjoys working with her patients at the Fairbury clinic. Maryann enjoys the outdoors and traveling with her husband.


Donna Noonan, PTA, VP of Turning Point Therapies, Inc. 

Donna has been full time with Turning Point since December of 2019. She is co-owner of Turning Point Therapies, Inc. with her husband Lee. She graduated from Illinois Central College’s physical therapy assistant program in 1992. Donna has extensive experience in a variety of settings from mental health, podiatry, geriatrics, orthopedics, pain management, women’s health, and workers compensation. She has worked in a variety of settings including, inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, school systems and home health setting. Donna states, “My heart is working with geriatrics, orthopedic clients, and individuals affected by neurological deficits. I love to work hard with the patient to achieve their therapy goals.” Donna enjoys spending time with her children Bailey and Abbie as well as her family and friends. When not working, she enjoys the outdoors, working in the yard, gardening, boating and traveling.


Carol Meints, Front Office Manager

Carol has been with Turning Point Therapies since January of 2009. She previously worked for Advanced Rehab from 2005-2008 and Bill Phillips owner of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine all at this present address.

As Office Manager, Carol is responsible for scheduling, billing and working with the wellness staff and members. Carol expresses that the love she receives from the patients and customers is what makes her job so enjoyable.

She is a Fairbury resident and has two daughters and one grandchild, who are the love of her life. When she is not working, Carol enjoys gardening, cooking and baking.


Paige Carey, MS, RDN, LDN, Wellness Aide

Paige has worked at Turning Point Therapies since January 2009. Paige started her time at Turning Point Therapies as a wellness aide working after school throughout high school and college and eventually worked her way up to managing the wellness. Now, Paige helps out as needed at the gym and keeps track of active wellness members and monthly wellness dues.



Paige completed both undergrad and graduate school at Illinois State University. In 2019, she obtained a Master of Science degree and passed her board exam to become a Registered Dietitian. Currently, she works full time as a Clinical Dietitian at Carle BroMenn Medical Center specializing in clinical nutrition and bariatrics. 


Derrick Gulliford, Wellness/PT Aide

Derrick has been employed with Turning Point Therapies since being a Junior in High School. He is a hard worker and enjoys working with the staff and clients. He loves helping the PT staff by keeping the areas clean and assisting with treatments. He specifically enjoys counting for the patients, “so they don’t cheat.”


Karie Edelman, Wellness Aide

Karie began working at Turning Point Therapies Wellness Center since 2014 after joining the gym and becoming passionate about fitness & exercise. Karie states, “It was an eye opener to experience first hand that working out doesn’t have to be boring it can be fun. I love helping people and encouraging them to keep working towards their fitness goals.” Karie lives in Fairbury with her husband Mark. They have 3 grown children and love that Turning Point is close to home.


Denise Doran, Accounts Receivable

Denise began working for Turning Point Therapies part-time in November of 2005 and evolved into full-time in December of 2018. Denise takes care of billing and patient’s accounts. 

Denise lives in Fairbury with her husband, Thomas. They have three children and three grandchildren. She is a member of the Fairbury Woman’s Club, Charity Home 112 and Rebekah Lodge. She enjoys gardening, quilting, knitting and crocheting when time permits.


Tammy Meister, Wellness Aide

Tammy and her husband Ernie live north west of Fairbury. She has two grown daughters also from Fairbury. Tammy works the early morning shift for Turning Point Therapies Wellness Center. She enjoys quilting, swimming and getting lost in a good book. 


Janice Arquiza, PTA

Janice joined Turning Point Therapies in August 2021. She is a graduate of Heartland Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program. Janice provides physical therapy services in both the clinics and the schools. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she now calls Bloomington-Normal home and is open to suggestions for parks and nature trails! She enjoys hiking, cooking, and singing during her free time. 


Joanna Meister, Wellness Aide

Joanna operates the front desk for the wellness center at Turning Point Therapies. Outside of Turning Point she is a Licensed Cosmetologist (12 years) & Massage Therapist (10 years). She owns and operates a local Salon & Day Spa in Fairbury (J. Marie’s Salon & Day Spa) and a Hair Salon in Bloomington IL (J.Marie's Salon). She Also Bartends carted events at the Walton Centre in Fairbury IL. Joanna enjoys cooking, canning, traveling, having new experiences and spending time with her family, friends and pets. 


Amy Hrpcha, PTA

Amy has been with Turning Point Therapies since 2018 after graduating from the PTA program at Heartland Community College. Prior to physical therapy, she worked as a C.N.A. at a skilled nursing facility in Pontiac. Amy started working in the physical therapy field to help promote independence and help people maintain their quality of life. Amy and her husband currently live in Pontiac with their dog. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling. 


Cindi Followell, Wellness Aide

Cindi joined Turning Point Therapies Wellness Center in January of 2018. She enjoys meeting new people and assisting in anyway she can to make the patient and/or wellness member to have an enjoyable experience. Cindi states, “I think Turning Point is a great place to work and really enjoy my job.” Cindi is a mother of 4, a grandmother of 7 and a great grandmother of 4. 


Brenda Travis, Wellness Aide

Brenda joined Turning Point Therapies Wellness Center in 2012. She is a Fairbury resident and a mother of 4 grown children and 13 grandchildren. She enjoys people, quilting, gardening and reading in her spare time. She loves spending time with her family and being a grandmother. 


Addison Benedict, Physical Therapy Assistant

Addison joined Turning Point Therapies in June of 2022 after graduating from Heartland Community College’s PTA Program. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and providing the best care for their needs to reach their goals. When Addison is not in the clinics, you can often find her spending time with family or friends, enjoying the outdoors, staying active by playing sports, or sitting at the piano.

Brianna Swoke, Physical Therapy Tech

Brianna (Bri),  started with Turning Point Therapies, the Normal IL, clinic in August 2022. Bri was born in Streator IL, and raised in Dwight IL. Bri is a PT Tech, which help aide the therapists, and exercise with patients. She also helps with office management. Bri has a diverse work background, but her love for physical therapy developed in the early stages of high school, from being a patient. She played every sport that she could growing up, and loved staying active! She has a kitty named Rebel, a red iguana named Spazz, and some fishes! Her favorite hobbies are trying different restaurants, learning, cooking, working out, and traveling! She has a big family, and a wonderful spouse that she enjoy spending time with.


Marcy Kaeb, Physical Therapy Assistant

Marcy joined Turning Point Therapies in August of 2022. She is a graduate of Springfield Technical Community Collage’s Physical Therapy Assistant program. A New England native, Marcy worked as a PTA in a private practice outpatient clinic in Connecticut for 6 years prior to moving to central Illinois where she spent a year doing therapy in a long term care facility. She is excited to be back treating patients in outpatient care as her passion lies in treating patients of all ages! Marcy and her husband live outside of Saybrook with their two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking and traveling.


Colin Wettstein, PT

Colin joined Turning Point in May of 2023 after graduating from Bradley University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds and is passionate about educating patients and involving them in their own recovery and healing. Colin lives in Bloomington with his wife and daughter. He likes following sports year round, listening to podcasts while doing home improvement projects, and spending quality time with his family.


Donnie Coyne, PTA

Donnie Coyne joined Turning Point Therapies in May 2023 after graduating from the Heartland Community College. He is a lifelong resident of Livingston County and resides with his wife and two kitties in Pontiac. He is a sports fanatic and is committed to helping people make their lives better.
